Just checking in, had a terrible day yesterday, today is some what better. Worked, moved some plants,a stayed  on my diet, even thought I was up about a half pound this morning! This is progress as I generally would say fuck it and eat more! Yay. Worked on swag bucks, my points and paidviewpoint. Chatted with Randy for a bit, about nothing as usual.
